Estudo de um sistema de bombeamento de óleo diesel em uma refinaria de petróleo

Abstract

The present study investigated a system of pumping diesel centrifugal pump, used to sell the product to the company producing the next unit in the city of Araucaria - Paraná. In this study we evaluated the system performance in terms of yield, the point of operation, cavitation, some aspects regarding energy efficiency and proposed an equivalent alternative system using the theory of similarity to flow machines. Collections of data on the variables of interest for the study were performed while using the pumping system to an actual sale of the fuel to the customer. The text sought to explore the theory related to flow, specifically centrifugal pumps, and supplies necessary to evaluate a pumping system parameters machines. With data collection and calculations proposed was possible to evaluate system performance and to propose improvements in relation to its energy efficiency and motor pump used.
