Análise da gestão organizacional de construtoras atuantes na região de Curitiba por meio de indicadores de produtividade e critérios de excelência em gestão

Abstract

Given the increasing competitiveness of the construction sector due to the increasingly frequent use of equipment and technology in work processes, the search for continuous improvement and standardization of processes, essential in the quality certifications, has achieved an even greater demand by organizations. However, it is noticed that a phenomenon of increasing certifications by market requirement has hindered the adoption of best practices and quality control of services for companies already certified. Thus, this work has been to analyze the organizational management of construction certified by ISO 9001 and / or adept PBQP - H, acting program in the region of Curitiba, based on the level of effectiveness of its processes how to identify the variables associated with organizational maturity. Engineer, master - to do so, a questionnaire intended for professionals of senior management of the construction, with data evaluation software for E- meg Diagnostics FNQ for assessing organizational maturity, and other questionnaires for application execution team's work was prepared of works, foremen and subcontractors, evaluating the productivity of the forms of beams, columns and slabs service, based on the method of factors. The proposed methodology allows comparisons between organizational maturity and excellence of the companies assessed in productivity associated with forms of services performed on-site management. As a result, it was found that these certified companies, good management practices influence the good results in the production of formwork service.
