Avaliação das patologias no sistema construtivo em paredes de concreto moldadas no local para edifícios residenciais

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the conditions in the constructive system of molded concrete walls in place, classify and quantify the pathological manifestations in a work that used the building system , provide possible causes of the outbreak of diseases with higher frequencies , presenting possible solutions for correct these conditions and propose preventive measures in the construction process to remedy or reduce the incidence of manifestations of pathologies . To check the outbreak of diseases in the work analyzed the pathology was established through literature and discussion with professionals who work with the constructive system . After the removal of pathologies , 56 castings were observed , ie , 56 tests to check the outbreak of diseases . It has been found that the frequency of manifestation of certain diseases is very high , exceeding 50 % of the checks , requiring corrections, thus decreasing the productivity, quality and cost increases consecutively . Being a new and more industrialized building system system the concrete walls molded in place, requires monitoring and verification of their steps in the implementation phase of the walls , the receipt and placing of concrete and after removal of the forms , to be possible to obtain all the advantages of building system and maintain the quality and durability of construction.
