O Empreendedorismo em cursos de educação física de instituições de ensino superior de Curitiba

Abstract

The labor market has undergone changes over the years, requiring a higher qualification of the newly graduated, furthermore, it requires individuals who are better prepared for the challenges of management and the market. Today, the labor market and companies are looking for people qualified not only to hold the position of employees, but also with knowledge of management and entrepreneurship that assist in the important decisions in the company, therefore, it is up to the Institutions of Higher Education (HEI) to train these individuals and qualify them for the market, enabling them to undertake. The present study aims to verify how entrepreneurship and work in Physical Education courses in the public and private HEI of Curitiba. This qualitative research used the questionnaire as a research tool. The sample included 4 graduating and 4 graduates of public and private HEI randomly chosen at sporting events, and subsequently invited to respond to the questionnaire by e-mail. The results point to a succinct and deficient knowledge on the part of the graduating and graduates of public and private institutions on the subject of entrepreneurship; in addition, there is a shortage of subjects that deal with the subject in courses that are not specific to administration.
