Qualidade de vida no trabalho: um estudo com professores brasileiros

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the perception of quality of working life of Brazilian teachers. This study shows the evolution of work in society, and how the perception of human resources has changed over the years and is now considered the most valuable asset that labor organizations have. The study sought to identify the key motivational theories. And in addition, a quantitative study of exploratory and descriptive character was carried out through an online questionnaire administered to teachers in order to understand and analyze the perception of each in relation to the quality of working life. The sample of this study consisted of 198 teachers who were asked to answer the questionnaire through various information on social networking pages which are grouped. Finally, the collection and analysis of data was performed. Through research, it was identified that 61% of the teachers who answered the questionnaire have a high perception of quality of life at work and are satisfied with their career, while 39% have not yet reached the expected satisfaction with their careers.
