SIGOSS: sistema web para gerenciamento de ordem de serviço em SaaS

Abstract

The paper presents the development of a Web system for the provision of services and small general in maintenance care organizations. Its objective is to manage service orders, customers, suppliers and products. It is a tool that streamlines and makes more effective control of the main activities within the company. Using Scrum Solo methodology as the project development model, where it aims to improve and simplify the activities within the project. The language chosen for development is the C # using the ASP.NET platform for the development of web interfaces. The system has a differential application of adaptive interface where the system shapes the need for the user, reducing system complexity and the use of software as a service model, where the user does not need to create and manage an environment for system performance using it over the internet without the need for deployment.
