Abstract

Faced with the growth of civil construction, it is becoming indispensable for an evolution in the sector linked to quality and productivity. The planning of the organization of the work environment must be predicted and dimensioned satisfactorily even before the work on the jobsite begins. This work presents a study of eight works in the municipality of Campo Mourão-PR, which analyzed the arrangement and organization of materials and tools arranged by the work, and then proposed a new layout of the site to eliminate faults, improving the productivity of the work team. job. The aim of this study was to present the importance of good planning of the layout of the construction site, through a sampling, analyzing the care of the builders of the city of Campo Mourão - PR, regarding the layout of the construction site. Through bibliographies it is possible to find methods, which allow us to seek solutions to elaborate an efficient layout. It also understands the real need for space, providing a better flow of materials and workers, as well as the better location of work materials and instruments, as well as evaluating if they provide the conditions for the buildings to be executed satisfactorily, Avoiding wasted time and materials. With the result obtained it was possible to perceive the lack of organization of the beds, with the lack of sidings to close the work, a large part of the materials arranged by the public footpath, besides the occupation of the neighboring land. The importance of keeping an organized construction site in order to avoid wastage, accidents and rework is remarkable, as well as to gain in productivity and time of execution.
