Estudo da acessibilidade dos portadores de necessidades especiais: cadeirantes, nos edifícios comerciais com atendimento ao público na região central de Campo Mourão - PR

Abstract

Accessibility is a right of everyone. So it can be guaranteed, a study of the actual situations that focus a bigger flow of people is necessary, so aiming, that these locals became accessible for everyone. The goal of this paper was to realize a study of accessibility of people with special needs – chairs, in commercial buildings with public treatment in the central regions of Campo Mourão – PR. For this an area in the central region was selected, with a bigger flow of people, and then access ramps were analyzed in commercial buildings with public treatment, if they existed or not, and in case of existence, if it was according to NBR 9050/2004. It was observed that most of the establishments weren’t in accordance to the standard, due step problems, width and inclination of the ramps. So it can be stated that there is a bigger attention necessity with the accessibility, because only 34,21% of the analyzed establishments was according the standards, enabling to people with special needs a free circulation.
