Abstract

It is in the interest of construction companies to enrich the commercial value of it's work, it's enterprise, be it of any pattern or style. The ceramic coating stands out being widely used in construction to provide a rich finishing to the work and give the margin of appreciation desired by companies. However, they are numerous and negative impact on these companies occurrences of pathological manifestations in coating systems for its buildings. The causes and origins of the anomalies are diverse and therefore complex. In this context there is a need for discussion on technology project coating ceramic facade, undeveloped yet. On enquiry with bibliographies on the subject, it becomes clear that the Design stage of a project is critical for the good performance over it's life, because it addresses issues that must be well equated before it's execution, and that if not analyzed properly incur permanent vices. A well developed project can cut down costs, loss of material, enhances the various stages of performance and specifies the resources required to deliver them. This work presents the guidelines and parameters necessary for the preparation of project coating ceramic facade. Among them, the features and concepts about the materials used in the ceramic, the importance of the project and its particularities, guidelines for the development of the design, drawings and specifications, production planning, selection criteria and recruitment resource, schedule, logistics, executive sequences control tasks and responsibilities. The objective was to show the necessity of the product design and production of ceramic coating as a determining factor in the quality of the system.
