Conceitos de ergonomia aplicados no desenvolvimento de uniformes de proteção para empresas produtoras de baterias automotivas

Abstract

The interest of the industries in the dissemination of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management has increased because they considerably reduce the risk of both employee and family contamination, and the worker is aware of the hazards of the job And the equipment to be used will perform well in its activities. Thus, this study aims to identify possible improvements in the protective uniform used by the workers of companies producing automotive batteries. In order to do so, a bibliographical research was developed addressing topics such as the work environment of these automotive industries, the importance of ergonomics in the work environment, the uniforms used, fabrics and leather use, processing and modeling. An exploratory research was also carried out, and the approach to the problem was through field research in two companies, one in the state of Paraná and another in Santa Catarina.
