Abstract

This work addresses the needs for improvement of activities between the purchasing and inventory management of industrial maintenance and building of apoultry company in the field, aiming at the optimization of material consumption to the amount you have in stock, since most shortfall in company it is certainmaterials have a low inventory and consumption is high and other materials havea high inventory and consumption is low.
