Evidências de validade e confiabilidade do instrumento "tevol" para atletas brasileiros de voleibol de alto rendimento

Abstract

The present study had as objective to determine the validity and reliability of the Instrument of Observation of Techniques and Efficacy in Volleyball - TEVOL, in the Brazilian context. The translation of the instrument was carried out by professionals in the area, with the return of translations. For the following editing needs, 10 are the items related to the language functionality, the theoretical and pertinent application of the instrument in question. The calculation of the Content Validation Index (CVCc) is a performance evaluation tool for the Portuguese language in Brazil. After this phase, the pilot study was inaugurated, in order to test the viability of the application of the translated instrument, through videos of high performance games in the United States and men, which was presented. The test was performed through the intrarater and inter-rater rating, performed by five specialists who analyzed the situational condition of volleyball matches by means of video-test, using the retest test for intrarater evaluation, which hears excellent results values of 0.93 and Spearman Correlation values = 0.96, indicating the stability of the instrument. The inter-rater correlation showed ICC values = 0.84, also strong. In this way, it can be concluded that the TEVOL instrument, Brazilian version, was presented as an indicator of English language content, practical relevance and theoretical reason. Reliability demonstrated consistency and stability of the instrument. In general terms, TEVOL - Brazil, which obtains the high levels of confidence and reliability, becoming a suitable tool for a technical-tactile performance analysis to obtain a superior performance.
