A importância de sistemas ERP no planejamento estratégico das empresas

Abstract

The global marketplace demands maximum efficiency and excellence from companies in their operations, regardless of their sector. In all segments, competitiveness is increasing, and it is necessary to have very efficient planning that is consistent with the company's objectives. In this context, we can use strategic planning as a great way to manage and define the steps of any company. Allied to this, we can use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems that allow us to group all the information, from different sectors and operations, and manage to present us with efficient and complete reports, being able to directly help and optimize the companies' planning. In this context, this work intends, through a descriptive and qualitative approach, to present how these two themes can be related, the points that can be optimized, how the interaction between planning and systems occurs and which points can still be optimized on the subject.
