Interdisciplinaridade no ensino de arte com o uso da ferramenta tecnológica WebQuest

Abstract

The challenges of using technology are numerous, the vast offer of technological resources brings new formats of use and can be used as a tool to support teaching. This study presents the use of a technological tool allied to the teaching of Art and the concept of interdisciplinarity. The problem to be analyzed is what challenges occur in the elaboration and application of a WebQuest developed to work the history of art interdisciplinarily. The theoretical basis is based on authors who work with interdisciplinarity such as Fazenda (2001, 2008, 2002, 2010, 2011, 2014), Gusdorf (1977), Paviani (2005), Piaget (1972), Japiassu (1976) and Santomé ), added by the precepts of creation and development of a WebQuest elaborated by the American professors Bernie Dodge and Tom March. The objectives of this work are to describe the process of elaborating a WebQuest involving the teaching of Art and Mathematics, to discuss the application process of the interdisciplinary tool and to present reflections and impressions about the application of WebQuest. The types of research used were bibliographic, field, analytical, qualitative and quantitative. The activity was applied to thirty one students of the first year of high school in a public school in the city of Apucarana, northern Paraná. The results validated that the use of WebQuest as a support tool to reflect on the history of Art in an interdisciplinary project is efficient, as it was able to instigate the student to work both contents of the Art discipline and Mathematics content favoring the collaborative environment for the class. The students considered the use of WebQuest interesting and reported that there were no difficulties in developing the activity. They also suggested that teachers use online research in more classes.
