| Resumo: | Uma abordagem sobre a iluminação no ambiente escolar torna-se cada vez mais necessários em favor do processo de ensino aprendizagem e da saúde dos professores, alunos e funcionários. O objetivo da investigação foi avaliar os níveis de iluminamento dos ambientes educacionais da UTFPR/PG. Este estudo caracteriza-se por uma pesquisa aplicada dedicada à geração de conhecimento para solução de problemas específicos. Para a avaliação da iluminância, foi utilizado um luxímetro digital com fotocélula, da marca Lux Meter MLM-1011, o equipamento apresenta um mecanismo de fotocélula com escala apropriada e tela para leitura das informações. Para tanto, foi observado o que preconiza as especificações da NBR 5413 e complementação com a NBR 8995-1. Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar um ambiente educacional, verificando a existência de luminosidade inadequada que acarretam em danos à saúde dos colaboradores e alunos, como também, comparar os resultados obtidos e propor melhorias. Expõe-se que a abordagem metodológica resultou em um quadro a contrastar com os valores aplicados nos ambientes da instituição com relação a tais normas. Observou-se que uma parcela de ambientes esteja com luminescência inferior do que preconiza as normas técnicas indicando que a existe ausência de manutenção nestes ambientes. Mas, um percentual de 90% apresentou luminescência superior ou adequada para os ambientes. Portanto, o estudo da iluminação nesta instituição de ensino superior não se esgota nesta investigação, sugerindo que estudos como estes apontam para contribuir com a gestão e influenciar nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem que é o objetivo maior das instituições de ensino. |
| Abstract: | An approach to lighting in the school environment becomes increasingly necessary in favor of the teaching-learning process and the health of teachers, students and staff. The objective of the investigation was to evaluate the lighting levels of the educational environments of UTFPR/PG. This study is characterized by an applied research dedicated to the generation of knowledge to solve specific problems. To evaluate the illuminance, a digital luxmeter with photocell, from the brand Lux Meter MLM-1011, was used. The equipment has a photocell mechanism with an appropriate scale and a screen for reading the information. For that, it was observed what recommends the specifications of NBR 5413 and complementation with NBR 8995-1. This research aimed to analyze an educational environment, verifying the existence of inadequate luminosity that cause damage to the health of employees and students, as well as comparing the results obtained and proposing improvements. It is exposed that the methodological approach resulted in a framework to contrast with the values applied in the institution's environments in relation to such norms. It was observed that a portion of environments have lower luminescence than recommended by technical standards, indicating that there is a lack of maintenance in these environments. However, a percentage of 90% presented superior or adequate luminescence for the environments. Therefore, the study of lighting in this higher education institution is not limited to this investigation, suggesting that studies like these point to contribute to the management and influence in the teaching and learning processes, which is the main objective of educational institutions. |
