Proposta metodológica para formação de equipes de atendimento para situações de pânico, incêndio e emergência na indústria

Abstract

The effective norms establish for the industry metal-mechanics the constitution of brigade with only primary training on fire. More complete training, that qualified the collaborator to act in emergencies, would demand a long time very. The initial questioning is this then: how to structuralize teams of attendance to the panic situations, fire and emergency, in the companies of the branch metal-mechanic of Ponta Grossa? This research considers a methodology for the training of workers for the formation of teams for attendance the emergencies. The methodology was based on two instruments of research that had directly involved the workers of four metallurgic companies and the chairmen of security of the same ones, harvesting opinions on the importance of the knowledge in performances in emergency case. Also it was become fulfilled verification of the aspects of existing security in the constructions in question. With the gotten results of the instruments a profile of the security of the constructions studied in case of emergencies action was traced, aspect where the companies still must be adjusted better, beyond supplying parameters the development of the methodology. The methodology, based on normative parameters guides the actions of training how much to the sizing of the teams, minimum resume, and conscription of volunteers and elaboration of didactic material, suggesting a possibility of self-educated.
