Estudo comparativo entre a modelagem estrutural de um edifício com e sem interação solo estrutura para fundação em sapatas sobre solo argiloso: estudo de caso

Abstract

In the commonly used structural design, the integration of all factors relating to the behavior of the structure is not taken into account, and is calculated in two separate parts, infrastructure and superstructure, unlike the design carried out using the analytical method of soil-structure interaction. (ISE) through the tools available in the TQS Software, which is used to develop the entire cycle of projects based on reinforced and prestressed concrete. Through this it is possible to include parameters taken from the geotechnical analysis to model and obtain results that represent the real efforts and behaviors that the structure will suffer from the influence of the soil. The comparison of modeling, in this study, with and without soil-structure interaction, aims to analyze the performance of the structure from the point of view of displacements, tensions, settlements, redistribution of efforts and consumption of reinforcement through the case study of a building with footing foundation on clayey soil. The results of this research can be useful in making decisions related to the design and construction of the building, which generate relevant influences on safety and stability.
