Abstract

This dissertation has as its goal to analyse the physique profile of the agroindustry workers of the slaughter and process department at Perdigão Company - Carambeí - PR. In this study, anthropometry and dynamometry were analysed to propose the company’s ergonomic adequation. To reach this goal, the following question has been created: Which anthropometric and dynamometric aspects must be considered to estabilish the ergonomic parameters to the adequation of the work’s posts to the physique profile of the agroindustry workers of the slaughter and process department? The research is considered applied, quantitative - descriptive, employing the statistic method to the compilation of the applied data, purposing to make a descriptive survey about the physique profile, related to the bodily strength and dimension. The expectation is to create indicators witch describe in a quantitative manner, the worker’s physique profile of strength and anthropometry, as well, the comparative measurement between the work posts and the worker’s physique profile, enabling the ergonomic adequation to the measured population.
