| Resumo: | Conforme a Confederação Nacional de Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil - CNA (2020), a agropecuária tem avançado como um fator de extrema importância para o crescimento econômico brasileiro, havendo uma grande representatividade no Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) do país. Uma vez que, a produção agropecuária brasileira tem se desenvolvido de forma que o Brasil possui potencial para ser um grande fornecedor de alimentos mundialmente. Nesta perspectiva, o presente trabalho busca analisar e demonstrar a importância do estado do Tocantins nesse cenário, o qual vem despontando, com maior visibilidade, uma vez que faz parte do MATOPIBA. Ademais, está situado na Região Norte, que abriga a maior concentração de vegetação nativa do Brasil. Assim, foi realizada uma pesquisa que se configura bibliográfica, na qual serão utilizados para nortear essa pesquisa teóricos como: Filho e Fishlow (2017), Brugnaro e Bacha (2009), dentre outros. Ademais, também é uma pesquisa documental e exploratória, pois, serão analisados dados provenientes de bases legais relevantes para exemplificação, como: IBGE, SEPLAN, EMBRAPA, CONAB, CEPEA, SECOM, CNA e SEAGRO. Desse modo, realizou-se uma apresentação da evolução da área antropizada atribuída a agropecuária nos anos de 2002 a 2021, com destaque às áreas de cultura temporária e urbanizada no estado do Tocantins assim como histórico e a evolução econômica do PIB da Agropecuária ao longo de 2002 a 2021 de forma que foi possível acompanhar sua evolução histórica e compará-la com os resultados nacionais. A fim, de compreender a representatividade do Tocantins no contexto nacional, no crescimento do PIB, bem como hipóteses de pesquisa de que as problemáticas que envolvem o agronegócio permeiam pela falta de divulgação da relevância da agropecuária. Espera-se por meio desta pesquisa, compreender e denotar a relevância da agropecuária do Tocantins para o país, a fim de desenvolver reflexões para que o estado, juntamente com empresas e representantes do setor da agropecuária, desenvolva pesquisas e políticas públicas que propiciem o desenvolvimento do setor agropecuário no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | According to the National Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil - CNA (2020), agriculture has advanced as an extremely important factor for Brazilian economic growth, with a large representation in the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Since Brazilian agricultural production has developed in such a way that Brazil has the potential to be a major food supplier worldwide. From this perspective, this work seeks to analyze and demonstrate the importance of the state of Tocantins in this scenario, which has been emerging with greater visibility, since it is part of MATOPIBA. Furthermore, it is in the North Region, which is home to the largest concentration of native vegetation in Brazil. Thus, bibliographical research was carried out, in which theorists such as: Filho and Fishlow (2017), Brugnaro and Bacha (2009), among others, will be used to guide this research. Furthermore, it is also a documentary and exploratory research, as data from relevant legal bases will be analyzed for example, such as: IBGE, SEPLAN, EMBRAPA, CONAB, CEPEA, SECOM, CNA and SEAGRO. In this way, a presentation was made of the evolution of the anthropized area attributed to agriculture in the years 2002 to 2021, with emphasis on the areas of temporary and urbanized culture in the state of Tocantins as well as the history and economic evolution of the GDP of Agriculture throughout 2002 to 2021 so that it was possible to follow its historical evolution and compare it with national results. In order to understand the representativeness of Tocantins in the national context, in GDP growth, as well as research hypotheses that the problems involving agribusiness permeate the lack of dissemination of the relevance of agriculture. It is expected through this research, to understand and denote the relevance of Tocantins agriculture for the country, in order to develop reflections so that the state, together with companies and representatives of the sector, develops research and public policies that promote the development of the sector. agriculture in Brazil. |
