| Resumo: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo a criação e desenvolvimento de um website para a ONG Projeto Adote um Vira Lata, que auxiliasse na gestão de recursos da organização, explorando a metodologia do Design Thinking ao focar a proposta nas necessidades reais da instituição. A fase teórica foi caracterizada por diversas pesquisas e busca de similares, além de várias conversas e entrevistas com representantes da ONG, a fim de averiguar o melhor produto digital para atender suas carências. A parte prática teve seu início no briefing, onde foram definidas as telas necessárias para o projeto, seguida da criação do wireframe inicial, com o objetivo de delimitar as informações presentes em cada seção e o fluxo de navegação do site. Com o wireframe feito e aprovado pelos clientes, foram realizados alguns testes para averiguar a facilidade de interação dos usuários para com o produto. Ao averiguar os resultados dos testes iniciais, algumas modificações se mostraram necessárias, e foram prontamente realizadas. O próximo passo foi a escolha de paleta de cores e tipografia para compor o layout final. Após algumas versões criadas, a mais alinhada com os objetivos e preferências da ONG foi selecionada para uma nova bateria de testes. Após a realização dos mesmos e averiguação dos processos, decidiu-se então dar prosseguimento ao projeto utilizando o layout desenvolvido. Assim que o layout final foi aprovado, o website começou a ser programado por uma empresa que se voluntariou a prestar o serviço de forma gratuita. |
| Abstract: | This work aimed to create and develop a website for the NGO Projeto Adote um Vira Lata, which would assist in the management of the organization’s resources, exploring the methodology of Design Thinking by focusing the proposal on the institution’s real needs. The theoretical phase was characterized by several researches and search for similars, in addition to several conversations and interviews with representatives of the NGO, in order to find out the best digital product to meet their needs. The practical part began with the briefing, where the necessary screens for the project were defined, followed by the creation of the initial wireframe, with the objective of delimiting the information present in each section and the website navigation flow. With the wireframe done and approved by the customers, some tests were carried out to verify the ease of user interaction with the product. Upon verifying the results of the initial tests, some modifications proved necessary, and they were promptly carried out. The next step was the choice of color palette and typography to compose the final layout. After a few versions were created, the one most in line with the NGO’s goals and preferences was selected for a new battery of tests. After carrying out them and verifying the processes, it was then decided to proceed with the project using the developed layout. Once the final layout was approved, the website began to be programmed by a company that volunteered to provide the service for free. |
