| Resumo: | Tendo em conta todo o material literário já publicado sobre energia fotovoltaica, pode-se dizer que esta é uma das fontes renováveis de eletricidade que mais cresceu no Brasil nos últimos anos, no entanto, o que se sabe sobre o impacto esta tecnologia está direcionada ao consumidor final. Desta forma, este trabalho teve por objetivo identificar a visão e o nível de conhecimento não só da população em geral, mas também dos profissionais da construção civil, bem como a frequência com que estes sugerem a instalação de painéis a seus clientes, uma vez que são eles os principais responsáveis em fornecer soluções inteligentes às suas necessidades, ademais, foi entrevistado também empresas de energia fotovoltaica para saber o nível do conhecimento dos seus clientes sobre energia solar e suas percepção sobre os desafios da energia fotovoltaica no brasil. Assim, foi possível identificar que a população considera possuir conhecimento acerca do assunto, bem como as vantagens atreladas, além disso, a maioria dos arquitetos e engenheiros entrevistados relata sugerir aos seus clientes a inserção de energia solar em seus projetos, o fator que demostrou maior impacto para todos os entrevistados, ainda é o custo da instalação, e principalmente do ponto de vista das empresas fornecedores de painéis solares, custo na instalação representa 75% das respostas, além de possuírem preocupação com o futuro crescimento devido a falta de incentivos governamentais e novas leis que desincentivam a adesão. |
| Abstract: | Considering all the literary material already published on photovoltaic energy, it can be said that this is one of the renewable sources of electricity that has grown the most in Brazil in recent years, however, what is known about the impact this technology is directed to the final consumer. Thus, this work aimed to identify the vision and level of knowledge not only of the population in general, but also of professionals in the construction industry, as well as the frequency with which they suggest the installation of panels to their customers, since they are the main responsible for providing intelligent solutions to their needs, moreover, photovoltaic companies were also interviewed to find out the level of knowledge of their customers about solar energy and their perception of the challenges of photovoltaic energy in Brazil. Thus, it was possible to identify that the population considers to have knowledge about the subject, as well as the advantages attached, moreover, the majority of architects and engineers interviewed report suggesting to their clients the insertion of solar energy in their projects, the factor that demostrated greater impact for all interviewees, still is the cost of installation, and especially from the point of view of the companies suppliers of solar panels, cost in the installation represents 75% of the answers, besides having concern with the future growth due to lack of government incentives and new laws that discourage adhesion. |
