| Resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho é desenvolver um projeto gráfico de livro com ilustração de terror composto por lendas e histórias de fantasmas da região de Curitiba. A escolha de um material nacional com essa temática tem potencial de atrair a atenção dos jovens, que possuem interesse por histórias de terror, a conhecer mais da cultura local, e dessa forma promover a leitura e divulgação dessas narrativas, ainda pouco encontradas no formato de contos publicados. O livro-protótipo foi o resultado final de como o Design Editorial e o Design de Ilustração contribuíram para apresentar, valorizar, aproximar e preservar essas histórias regionais. |
| Abstract: | The final undergraduate project’s goal is to develop a graphic design for a book with horror illustration, containing tales inspired by legends and ghost stories from Curitiba. The choice of a national material with this theme has the potential to catch the attention of the youth, who are interested in horror stories, to learn more about the local culture, and also promote the reading habit and the dissemination of these narratives, which are still hard to find in published short stories. The prototype book was the final result of how Editorial Design and Illustration Design contributed to present, valorize, bring together and preserve these regional stories. |
