Realização de um projeto estrutural e sua quantificação utilizando softwares BIM

Abstract

The structural project and his quantification should envolve great technical knowleadge of the civil engineer, as well as effort in carrying out suck activities. The various standards to be followed and the large amount of data make these tasks na enormous challenge. With the advento of Building Information Modeling (BIM), these tasks were less difficult, since the software that uses this technology works together to solve problems. However, the workflow and the software are constantly evolving, given the large parto f the engineer in defining processes and using tools. The present work aims to carry out a structural project of a Building, as well as the quantification of the structural part using the workflow in BIM, through the IFC file. Seeking to achieve these objectives, a project was designed in Revit and structural in Eberick, and later, throught the IFC file, exported to the Navisworks software to carry out the quantification of the structural part. The results presented in this work demonstrate the enormous contribution that software com make in carrying out projects related to a Building, being crucial for data analysis, time optimization and increased productivity.
