| Resumo: | O Projeto Salas Verdes do Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA) foi criado no ano de 2002 como uma ação que visa atender à Política Nacional de Educação Ambiental (PNEA). Esse Projeto tem por objetivo de implementar Centros de Informação e Formação Ambiental. O objetivo do presente estudo apresenta uma análise do Projeto Sala Verde e sua implementação no estado do Paraná como uma ação voltada para atender à PNEA, a partir da análise de cinco Salas Verdes presentes em Universidades. Para tanto, inicialmente, elaborou-se um mapeamento da distribuição geográfica e da abrangência das Salas Verdes no estado do Paraná, considerando as diferentes instituições gestoras das mesmas. Em seguida realizamos a análise dos Projetos Político Pedagógicos (PPPs) e/ou Projetos de registro de cinco Salas em suas respectivas Universidades1, buscando identificar as macrotendências político-pedagógicas de Educação Ambiental: conservacionista, pragmática e a crítica, abordadas por Layrargues e Lima (2014) presentes em cada um dos projetos e as ações propostas. Os resultados obtidos após a realização da pesquisa permitiram identificar o número de Salas Verdes existentes no estado do Paraná, quarenta e uma Salas Verdes no Estado do Paraná não são todas as macrorregiões paranaenses que apresentam, a macrorregião que mais concentram é a macrorregião Oeste. As principais ações realizadas pelas Salas Verdes são palestras, cursos referentes ao tema. Quanto à distribuição geográfica identificou uma baixa presença de Salas Verdes em universidades, isto demonstra a necessidade de maior divulgação do projeto. Em relação às macrotendências político-pedagógico da Educação Ambiental, por meio da pesquisa foi possível identificar através dos excertos que mencionavam o termo Educação Ambiental e de imagens de atividades realizadas nas Salas Verdes de cada instituição postadas em redes sociais ou presente no PPPs, que a macrotendência que predomina é a Crítica, mas também se encontram a perspectiva conservacionista e a pragmática. O projeto Sala Verde propaga ações e conhecimento sobre a Educação Ambiental na perspectiva crítica, emancipatória e transformadora. |
| Abstract: | The Green Rooms Project of the Ministry of Environment (MMA) was created in 2002 as an action to meet the National Policy for Environmental Education (PNEA). This project aims to implement Environmental Information and Training Centers. The objective of this study is to present an analysis of the Green Room Project and its implementation in the state of Paraná as an action to meet the PNEA, from the analysis of five Green Rooms present in Universities. Initially, we mapped the geographical distribution and the coverage of the Green Rooms in the state of Paraná, considering the different institutions that manage them. Then we performed the analysis of the Political Pedagogical Projects (PPPs) and/or Projects of registration of five Green Rooms in their respective universities, seeking to identify the political-pedagogical macrotrends of Environmental Education: conservationist, pragmatic and critical, addressed by Layrargues and Lima (2014) present in each of the projects and the proposed actions. The results obtained after the research allowed the identification of the number of existing Green Rooms in the state of Paraná, forty-one Green Rooms in the State of Paraná, not all macroregions of Paraná have them, the macroregion that concentrates the most is the Western macroregion. The main actions carried out by the Green Rooms are lectures and courses related to the theme. As for the geographical distribution, a low presence of Green Rooms in universities was identified, which shows the need for more dissemination of the project. Regarding the political-pedagogical macro-tendencies of Environmental Education, through the research it was possible to identify through the excerpts that mentioned the term Environmental Education and images of activities performed in the Green Rooms of each institution posted on social networks or present in the PPPs, that the macrotendency that predominates is the Critical, but we also find the conservationist perspective and the pragmatic. The Green Room project propagates actions and knowledge about Environmental Education from a critical, emancipatory and transformative perspective. |
