Patologias hidrossanitárias pós-obra: estudo de caso de dois empreendimentos com múltiplas unidades habitacionais

Abstract

Hydrosanitary pathologies are anomalies that occur due to errors in sizing, poor workmanship, lack of verification or monitoring, and also due to inadequate use of the systems. An important indicator of the occurrence of these pathologies are the calls for technical assistance made by residents after the occupation of the housing units. In this way, this paper compares the data obtained through the descriptions of these calls from two construction sites "Casa Verde and Amarela" from different locations and with a similar number of housing units, in the same period of time after the delivery of the buildings. For the analysis of this data, criteria were used and applied to typify the technical assistance calls in order to obtain a better understanding of the pathological manifestations that occurred and to analyze how these failures occurred and how they could be avoided. The difference in these results was also evaluated through the use of a video inspection tool in one of the construction sites, bringing into discussion its positive contribution to the results obtained. Furthermore, this work is justified by the importance of post-construction data analysis that serves as a basis for decision making and planning of future works.
