Proposta de um framework teórico com base nas características da inteligência artificial no contexto da indústria 4.0

Abstract

With the significant advances in technology, companies and consumers moved to the 4th Industrial Revolution, thus, in this current moment in the industry, consumers are constantly changing their minds, which causes technological developments. With the idea of having something artificial that simulates human intelligence in a machine, artificial intelligence arises. The technology had its emergence in mid-1955, and even in the XXI century, there is difficulty on the subject, so the study will deepen in a conceptual mapping on artificial intelligence within the context of industry 4.0. Thus, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out, bringing a bibliometric and content analysis, using the PRISMA research method to define the portfolio with relevant points and with the help of NVIVO software for analysis. The main result is the generation of a material that contains the theoretical general to get a convenient knowledge about artificial intelligence, besides having been proposed theoretical frameworks in order to bring information in a visual way. Thus, it is noted the importance, challenges, opportunities and how this technology is constantly changing, shaping the world.
