| Resumo: | A geração distribuída surgiu nos últimos anos como uma tecnologia com capacidade para modificar a estrutura do setor energético em todo o mundo. Inúmeras políticas referentes a este assunto surgiram em diversos países, entretanto, de maneira mais recente, e devido ao rápido crescimento de fontes de geração distribuída, os agentes do sistema elétrico e as regulamentações estão passando por um momento de transição. Essa transição tem como principal objetivo a redução dos impactos econômicos que essa fonte de geração para com a rede a qual está conectado, além do avanço com relação às medidas para redução de impactos ambientais do sistema elétrico atual. A pesquisa tem como base a revisão literária de artigos científicos, legislações e regulamentações nacionais e internacionais, e se objetiva na busca por tendências de nível técnico, econômico e principalmente na regulamentação relacionada à geração distribuída. Ao fim da pesquisa foram identificadas as principais soluções visando a maior integração de geração distribuída no sistema elétrico, concluindo também que as políticas, regulamentações e avanços tecnológicos terão papéis fundamentais para que essas novas fontes de energia sejam mais participativas na geração de energia elétrica. |
| Abstract: | Distributed generation has emerged in recent years as a technology capable of changing the structure of the energy sector around the world. Several policies regarding this issue have emerged in several countries, however, more recently, due to the rapid growth of distributed generation sources, the agents of the electricity system and regulations are going through a transition period. This transition has as its main objective the reduction of the economic impacts that this generation source has on the grid to which it is connected, as well as the advancement related to the measures to the reduction of the environmental impacts the current electrical system. This research is based on a literature review of scientific articles, national and international policies and regulations, and aims to the search of trends at the technical, economic and mainly in regulatory level regarding distributed generation. At the end of the research the main solutions were identified aiming at a greater integration of distributed generation in the electrical system, concluding that policies, regulation and the technological advances will play key roles in making these new energy sources more participative in power generation. |
