Meeting plus: aplicativo para dispositivo móvel organizador de reuniões

Abstract

Meetings are business activities that require organization and planning. The organization of a meeting aims to follow a preset agenda thus avoiding waste of time. This app offers tools to assist the organizer agent meetings to plan and manage meetings. The app also features a schedule where the meetings will be scheduled, a guest list and a list of necessary materials, such as disposable cups, chairs and others. The application creates an agenda for the planned meeting and provide a list of items contained in the agenda, allowing mark them during the meeting and write a brief text of what was decided about each. At the end of the meeting, this app have an option to generate the minutes of the meeting. This app was developed using the Scrum Solo development process, languages for system modeling, Technologies and tools for an application for the Android system.
