Estudo dos indicadores de produtividade em obra de alvenaria estrutural do programa Casa Verde e Amarela

Abstract

The civil construction sector is in constant development, not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of labor. However, especially in Brazil, it is an industry whose production is still closely linked to manual services. When investing in the qualification of an employee, the idea is that they present better results quantitatively and qualitatively, with the valorization of the workforce playing a fundamental role in the formation of productive teams in civil construction. In addition, identifying the factors and the main failures related to the productivity of the workforce on the construction site is an important step towards the search for improvements in the current situation of civil construction. The objective of this work was to measure, in loco, the productivity of civil construction employees and possible factors that influenced them. For this, a form was prepared with several items related to the environment, the employee, the materials involved, the type of contract, which was applied at the construction site during the execution of the services. As a result, we obtained a database capable of providing the values of the productivity of ceramic coating and internal painting services for apartments belonging to the Casa Verde e Amarela Program. The most critical factors found in the study served as aids in decision-making by responsible managers, in addition to serving as another reference study for other works that intend to analyze the performance of the workforce in civil construction.
