Abstract

The change in the price of products in Brazil is becoming more and more frequent and has a great impact on the lives of all Brazilians. These variations can occur due to several factors, whether due to the influence of supply and demand, increased costs in production, or even natural factors, but regardless of the cause, these variations need to be monitored by consumers so that they are aware of and can study, plan and decide your expenses in the best way possible and, with that, maintain a healthy and balanced financial life. The tools for this type of monitoring are diverse and are enhanced with the spread of current technology. Among them, mobile applications stand out, which are present in the daily lives of a large part of the population. These applications, added to concrete, reliable and up-to-date information, can result in significant financial support for the entire society. Through this, this work seeks to assist the individual in the task of monitoring expenses, providing easy access to valuable information through a modern, simple and reliable management system. This management system will be developed under the PWA methodology, a methodology that aims to use web programming languages and the resources available in modern browsers to create mobile applications with native application characteristics. Through the developed application it will be possible to access the information of the electronic consumer note and store them in a database so that it can be accessed quickly and organized. Thus, the consumer will be able to have an information base to help him in his financial control.
