Aspectos técnico-construtivos de uma ponte estaiada: estudo de caso na ponte da integração Brasil-Paraguai

Abstract

Cable-stayed bridges are structures supported by cables and their technique has been used for years in constructions around the world. This constructive method has great demand for current use, due to the development of procedures and materials, which makes its study and understanding relevant. This work aims to expose the design and executive processes involved in the construction of a cable-stayed bridge, through a case study on the Brazil-Paraguay Integration Bridge. Therefore, a bibliographical research and practical and documental data collection of the object of study was carried out, which allowed the understanding, analysis and comparison of the procedures reported in the literature with those observed in the field. It was observed that many methods applied in practice follow the standard of the literature, with some changes adopted to adapt them to the reality of the construction. In addition, it was possible to create a scheme that allowed a better visualization of the steps involved in the construction of a cable-stayed bridge. It was concluded that the literature presents an adequate description of the subject, despite the lack of Brazilian normative that regulate the techniques addressed.
