Os desafios da implementação do projeto político-pedagógico em escolas municipais de Foz do Iguaçu

Abstract

This study aims to point out possible solutions to make the construction of the political-pedagogical project more democratic within the municipal schools of Foz do Iguaçu. Because, it is this document that directs all the work done within the school, so there is a need to be built collectively. What often happens is that due to lack of planning or for other reasons, the school does not organize itself so that there are collective moments for the construction of the document, making it non¬democratic and I try to influence a few people in its construction, taking the risk of not translating school reality. It is in this scenario, that this study intends to be able to reflect on the construction of the PPP in the schools of Foz, so that then, together with teachers and researching great authors of the theme, it can indicate ways to plan this moment, so that the democracy in the city's schools. For that, the text was organized in four moments: first it brings some considerations in relation to the concepts about the political-pedagogical project. In the second moment, it deals with the relationship between democratic management and the political-pedagogical project, how the construction of the document contributes to the democratization of the school. In the third moment, it seeks to present the results of the research that will be carried out with teachers on the PPP. Finally, in the fourth moment, he intends to talk about possible ways for a democratic construction of the political-pedagogical project. What will be presented in this study will be the result of bibliographic research and will be based essentially on the current legislation and on the author Ilma Passos Veiga. The study will also be the result of applied and quantitative research, which will seek to translate the experiences of teachers in relation to the process of building the PPP into numbers and graphs.
