A importância do gerenciamento do tempo para o cumprimento de cronogramas de projetos de construção

Abstract

In a construction project, delays can be considered as the main cause of conflicts between stakeholders. In order to eliminate these disagreements between stakeholders and consolidate successful deliveries, construction companies should seek to implement project management tools and techniques, where time management is shown to be strategic for the success of the project. Within project management, there are several areas of knowledge that are fundamental for good planning and control of construction projects, where they seek to optimize time, cost, quality, etc. Within this context, this article aims to identify in the existing literature which management processes are available by time management for construction projects. The results obtained indicate that there is a converging dependency between time management and performance of a schedule of activities, where compliance with a schedule will only be achieved if time management is effectively implemented in the project.
