Qualidade de vida no trabalho: o caso de quatro instituições bancárias no município de Chopinzinho - PR

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the perception about the quality of life in the work of the employees of four banking institutions, based on the Quality of Life at Work (QWL), which plays an important role in guaranteeing employee well-being and physical and psychological health of the individual. To elaborate the research was based on the exploratory, descriptive, quantitative and qualitative method, a form was adapted with open and closed questions to obtain data, being a field research. The survey was applied in the municipality of Chopinzinho-PR, located in the southwest region of Paraná, the participants are employees of banking institutions, whose sample is comprised of servers from four branches of public and private banking. Data analysis was performed in relation to the general objective and to the specific ones, with the data, it is verified the dissatisfaction with the psychological environment in the researched banking institutions, it is understood that the bankers tend to suffer more with psychosocial diseases in their environment of work.
