| Resumo: | A presente pesquisa constitui-se em uma análise sobre as relações entre alteridade e migração no contexto do mercado de trabalho, a partir das produções sobre o tema em dissertações e teses brasileiras. Este estudo busca analisar os aspectos convergentes presentes nos estudos, no que tange ao tema da migração e da alteridade no contexto do mercado de trabalho, procurando entender as relações que tem se formulado entre os temas. Os estudos aqui apresentados são recortes de uma pesquisa bibliográfica descritiva, realizada a partir de teses e dissertações disponíveis na Biblioteca Nacional de Teses e Dissertações-BNTD. Os dados analisados em torno das três categorias: Migração, Alteridade e Trabalho, demonstram que as relações de alteridade parecem ter ênfase quando colocadas no contexto do trabalho e, principalmente, diante de trabalhadores migrantes. Tais exposições também evidenciam as expectativas dos imigrantes em encontrar melhores condições de vida no Brasil. Por fim, ao observar as três categorias, com o objetivo de analisar as relações tecidas entre elas, foi possível perceber a escassez de produções que vinculem ou discorram sobre os temas simultaneamente, ou ainda, que existem inúmeras pesquisas que tratam de dois dos temas vinculando-os, entretanto, quando se trata de relacionar as três categorias, as pesquisas são praticamente inexistentes ou quantitativamente pouco significativas. Vale expor ainda que, sobre a categoria “Migração”, de maneira geral os estudos enfatizam as razões que as motivam ou as forçam, bem como, as expectativas em relação ao local de destino; sobre “Alteridade”, os estudos tratam principalmente das interações entre as pessoas e a constituição do mundo individual em contraste com o mundo do outro; por fim, sobre a categoria “Trabalho”, as obras pesquisadas valorizam os desafios e demandas do mercado atual, e a busca por mão de obra que atenda a expectativa capitalista desse meio. |
| Abstract: | This research is an analysis of the relations between alterity and migration in the context of the labor market, from the productions on the subject in Brazilian theses and dissertations. This study seeks to analyze the convergence aspects present in the studies, regarding the issue of migration and alterity in the context of the labor market, trying to understand the relationships that have been formulated between the themes. The studies presented here are clippings of a descriptive bibliographical research, made from theses and dissertations available at the National Library of Theses and Dissertations-BNTD. The data analyzed around the three categories: Migration, Alterity and Work, show that the relations of alterity seem to have an emphasis when placed in the context of the work and, especially, in front of migrant workers. These exhibitions also highlight the expectations of immigrants to find better living conditions in Brazil. Finally, in observing the three categories, in order to analyze the relations between them, it was possible to perceive the scarcity of productions that link or discuss the themes simultaneously, or that there are numerous researches that deal with two themes linking However, when it comes to relating the three categories, the surveys are practically nonexistent or quantitatively insignificant. It is worth mentioning that, in the "Migration" category, the studies generally emphasize the reasons that motivate or force them, as well as the expectations regarding the place of destination; on "Otherness," studies deal primarily with the interactions between people and the constitution of the individual world in contrast to the world of the other; Finally, on the "Work" category, the works researched value the challenges and demands of the current market, and the search for labor that meets the capitalist expectation of this medium. |
