Planejamento financeiros pessoal: um estudo de caso com acadêmicos de ciências contábeis

Abstract

The present study focuses on personal finance and financial education. Credit is increasingly accessible to people, its inappropriate use can compromise income and put the individual in a situation of indebtedness. The Accounting Science course has several disciplines related to the financial area in its teaching grid. ln this way, the present study aimed to verify if the academy formation influences, on personal finances and contributes to the student's awakening in the first year and what is the conception for them in the fourth year, observing the knowledge acquired in their development. To achieve the objective of the study, bibliographic searches were carried out on books, articles, monographs and websites, definition of the initial concepts and data collection through the application of a questionnaire with multiple choice questions with the Accounting Sciences students of two colleges in Pato Branco, Paraná. ln the results of the study, we can conclude that yes, academic training has a slight influence on the perception of personal finances, but it is not the only factor that can influence the subject in question
