Análise de viabilidade econômica e financeira de um empreendimento industrial do setor têxtil

Abstract

The business plan is an important tool that gathers information about the future enterprise’s characteristics, conditions and necessities, with the goal of analyzing its potentiality and also, to verify the business feasibility. It’s important that the entrepreneur have the knowledge about the line of business in which he wants to work, and it’s fundamental that there is planning. In that context, the main goal of this study is the economic feasibility of the opening of a weaving in the city of Americana. When it comes to the methodological aspects, the scientific research is typified as quantitative and qualitative, with the data survey through market research in addition to other autors’ research, such information was used to build the business plan, a tool model suggested by SEBRAE that was of great value for this study. Financial projections were elaborated, pointing how the business is presented in front of the market with five-year projections to identify whether the project is viable, as well as analysis of relevant indicators that make it possible to visualize the future and possible situation of the company. It is concluded that the study achieved the expected objectives, where it was possible to verify the feasibility of opening the new business
