| Resumo: | O plano de negócio é uma importante ferramenta que reúne informações sobre as características, condições e necessidades do futuro empreendimento, com o objetivo de analisar sua potencialidade, e também para verificar se o negócio é viável. É importante que o empreendedor tenha conhecimento do ramo de negócio em que deseja atuar, e é fundamental que haja planejamento. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste estudo trata-se de uma análise de viabilidade econômica para abertura de uma tecelagem na cidade de Americana. No que diz respeito aos aspectos metodológicos, tipificou-se a pesquisa cientifica como sendo quantitativa e qualitativa, com o levantamento de dados através de pesquisa de mercado, além de, pesquisas realizadas por outros autores, tais informações foram utilizadas para construção do plano de negócio, modelo de ferramenta sugerido pelo SEBRAE que foi de grande valia para este estudo. Projeções financeiras foram elaboradas, apontando como se apresenta o negócio frente ao mercado com projeções de cinco anos, para identificar se o empreendimento é viável, além de análise de indicadores pertinentes que possibilitem visualizar a futura e possível situação da empresa. Conclui-se que o estudo atingiu os objetivos esperados, onde foi possível verificar a viabilidade de abertura do novo empreendimento. |
| Abstract: | The business plan is an important tool that gathers information about the future enterprise’s characteristics, conditions and necessities, with the goal of analyzing its potentiality and also, to verify the business feasibility. It’s important that the entrepreneur have the knowledge about the line of business in which he wants to work, and it’s fundamental that there is planning. In that context, the main goal of this study is the economic feasibility of the opening of a weaving in the city of Americana. When it comes to the methodological aspects, the scientific research is typified as quantitative and qualitative, with the data survey through market research in addition to other autors’ research, such information was used to build the business plan, a tool model suggested by SEBRAE that was of great value for this study. Financial projections were elaborated, pointing how the business is presented in front of the market with five-year projections to identify whether the project is viable, as well as analysis of relevant indicators that make it possible to visualize the future and possible situation of the company. It is concluded that the study achieved the expected objectives, where it was possible to verify the feasibility of opening the new business |
