Análise da aplicação dos conceitos de Lean Construction em um edifício localizado na cidade de Toledo - PR

Abstract

The need to look for alternative forms of production motivated by the historical difficulty of the construction of aligning productivity, cost and waste in a satisfactory way, has led this sector to adapt a technique diffused in the industrial branch for its domains. In the industry this technique was known as Lean production and with the adaptation to the civil construction was renamed Lean Construction. It is based on eleven principles of application focused on increasing productivity, reducing waste, time and cost. This impact generated in the productive processes makes this tool attractive and necessary for companies in this sector to become efficient and competitive before their competitors. Based on these eleven principles, the objective of this work was to carry out a case study analyzing the application of Lean Construction in a building located in the city of Toledo - Pr, from this analysis were observed the critical points of the work and were generated improvement proposals to the management processes from the enterprise, in accordance with the Lean premises. An advanced level of application of the techniques of lean construction was observed in the construction, but with some points to be improved.
