| Resumo: | Ao estudar a criação de um novo empreendimento, é necessário saber seu custo aproximado, descobrindo sua viabilidade e diminuindo possíveis imprevistos. Porém, muitas vezes não existe a possibilidade de ter em mãos todos os projetos referentes à nova obra, uma vez que cada projeto tem um custo, e ainda está em avaliação a criação da obra. Assim, realizar um orçamento completo não é possível, uma vez que não se dispõe de todos os quantitativos necessários para a realização da obra. Desta maneira, faz-se uma estimativa de quanto será gasto pelo empreendimento. O uso de indicadores e índices médios, busca facilitar a estimativa de quantitativos de materiais a serem gastos, utilizando parâmetros arquitetônicos disponíveis nas etapas preliminares de projeto. Em busca de contribuir com este tipo de estimativa, este trabalho realiza um estudo sobre indicadores referentes aos quantitativos necessários às instalações dos sistemas de distribuição de água fria e água quente em apartamentos residenciais. Para a realização do trabalho, foram levantados dados referentes a 32 projetos hidráulicos de apartamentos residenciais, de três projetistas da cidade de Cascavel-PR. Os apartamentos tem áreas variando entre 61,66m² e 511,82m², e deles foram coletados dados referentes aos quantitativos de elementos dos sistema de distribuição de água de cada peça sanitária, suas áreas, comprimentos de paredes hidráulicas, e número de pontos de água, em seguida, foram elaborados indicadores e índices, que foram analisados conforme seus coeficientes de determinação e variação. Após a conclusão de que não é recomendável o uso dos índices e indicadores obtidos, devido as baixas correlações entre os quantitativos e direcionadores, visto que os quantitativos são suscetíveis a variações devido a elementos estruturais e funcionais, fez-se uma estimativa por médias de intervalos de parede hidráulica e áreas, as quais foram comparadas com dois projetos externos à amostra e aferindo seus erros, buscando desta forma, contribuir com alternativas que permitam estimar os insumos utilizados no sistema de distribuição de água em apartamentos. |
| Abstract: | When studying the creation of a new venture, it is necessary to know its approximate cost, discovering its viable and reducing possible unforeseen. However, there is often no possibility of having all the projects related to the new work available, since each project has a cost, and the creation of the work is still under evaluation. Thus, a full budget is not possible, since it does not have all the necessary quantifies to carry out the work. In this way, an estimate is made of how much will be spent by the enterprise. The use of indicators and average indexes, try to facilitate the estimation of quantitative materials to be spent, using architectural parameters available in the preliminary stages of the project. Trying to contribute with this type of estimation, this work carries out a study on quantitative indicators necessary for the installation of systems of distribution of cold water and hot water in residential apartments. For the accomplishment of the work, data were collected from 32 hydraulic projects of residential apartments, of three designers of the city of Cascavel-PR. The apartments have areas ranging between 61.66m2 and 511.82m2, and from them were collected data referring to the quantitative elements of the water distribution system of each sanitary fixture, its areas, hydraulic wall lengths, and number of water points, then indicators and indices were elaborated, which were analyzed according to their coefficients of determination and variation. After the conclusion that it is not recommended to use the indexes and indicators obtained, due to the low correlations between the quantitative and drivers, since the quantitative ones are susceptible to variations due to structural and functional elements, an estimation was made by means of hydraulic wall intervals and areas, which were compared with two external projects to the sample and measuring their errors, seeking in this way, to contribute with alternatives that allow to estimate the inputs used in the water distribution system in apartments. |
