Controle dos materiais de produção e cabos de força: uma proposta de redução de sobras em uma organização do setor metal-mecânico

Abstract

The study aimed to develop a proposal to reduce the leftovers of electrical cables in a mechanical metal company located in the municipality of Jaraguá do Sul-SC. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the leftover power cables in the Electrical Frame Assembly sector and propose reduction actions. For this purpose, some actions were carried out in order to build this proposal, among them: to present the process of assembling electrical panels for contextualization of the research; raise the history of occurrence of leftover power cables; map the flow of materials and information for the assembly of panels; identify the causes of leftover materials aiming at their reduction and propose actions to reduce leftover power cords to reduce the cost of fixed capital. In terms of methodological structuring, first, a theoretical deepening was carried out based on authors who deal with the theme, with the objective of obtaining theoretical support for the research foundation. In a second moment, documentary research was carried out, based on internal standards, control reports, data hishistory and project change hishistory, commission minutes, comparison of the list of projects, to survey the current process of materials management and identification of the history of material leftovers. As a synthesis of the proposal for improvement, it is suggested the reduction of the waste of the power cables from concentrating the manufacture of cables in the cable center, always optimizing by lot, sizes and gauge of the cable.
