Análise de viabilidade econômica do projeto de substituição das caixas de abastecimento de microingredientes de uma fábrica de rações

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic viability of the project to replace the micro-ingredient supply boxes of a feed mill located in the Southwest of Paraná. With the implementation of this project, it is sought the continuous improvement of processes and activities, providing operational efficiency and reduction of production costs, in order to maintain competitiveness in the market. The study is characterized as a case study, applying the Expanded Multi-Index Methodology, proposed by Lima et al. (2015), using the computational application $AVEPI as a tool to assist in the generation of indicators and graphs, which facilitate the analysis of expected economic performance. Among the economic results, we can highlight: (i) expected return, considering the reduction of process costs, which presents a high degree (414.87%, above the TMA considered); (ii) among the estimated risks, in terms of Payback / N, the project was classified as low, with a value of 8.33%, as well as the TMA / TIR index, with a value of 4.26%; and (iii) in the elasticity case, the study presented a high tolerance for TMA, FCo and FCj variations. These results demonstrate that the project has a high return potential, low associated risks and high tolerance to variations, and it is advisable to replace the micro-ingredient supply boxes.
