Propostas de adequações baseadas nas necessidades dos moradores de habitações de interesse social: estudo de caso na cidade de Vargem Bonita - MG

Abstract

Social inequality generates several consequences for the population of lower purchasing power, among them the housing deficit. In order to combat this problem, the Federal Government has tool programs to finance housing of social interest, among them the most recent is Minha Casa, Minha Vida, where they subsidize part of the residences for families that fit in a certain income ranges, through evidence of such vulnerability. This program has helped provide housing for the most needy population, but there is still a lot to be improved. As one of their focuses is the low cost, they perform the same model of residence for all the families of the housing complex, even when dealing with people with different space needs. One solution to this problem is the use of a flexible architectural plan, to elaborate a plan that can be expanded and rearranged according to the needs of each family, being possible to shelter these people with greater comfort and quality, increasing their satisfaction index with the your property. For execution, it was proposed the use of drywall, a method of dry construction that has been widely used because it has many advantages over the conventional method, such as area gain and greater flexibility.
