Análise da programação de uma obra pelo método da linha de balanço

Abstract

This paper is a case study that analyzes part of a building programming, in line of balance, that has 21 identical floors, in addition this study identify and quantify the factors that influenced the schedule disagreement considering the performed work. The aim was to demonstrate not only the importance of scheduling a work, but also the importance of monitoring whether the progress of the activities was taking place as planned. There were analyzed seven activities: superstructure execution; forms removal; masonry execution; installation of conduit boxes and conduits; wiring placement; installation of air conditioning pipes and installation of the gas pipes. These activities had their planned and performed scheduling compared, and then the building programming was classified by agreement in each unit of repetition. After analysis of durations’ variations, and indicated nine factors that might have influenced the execution, as well as the frequency in which one of these occur. All the activities, except the masonry execution, obtained total disagreement with the planned schedule, at the end of the analyzed period. In addition, the most present interference factors were those of displacement and reduction in the composition of the teams.
