Estudo avaliativo acerca do fechamento do curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná - Câmpus Dois Vizinhos

Abstract

The present work aims to evaluate the different reasons that led to the closing of the course in the Field Education Degree, the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Campus Dois Vizinhos. To this end, at first, we sought to survey the social reality in the period of the emergence of the "Movement for a Rural Education", in order to raise the debate about the insertion of financial capital in different branches of society. Then, we raised the debate about the already institutionalized Rural Education crisis and, at last, we dealt with the aspects that led to the extinction of the Rural Education Degree course. Given the imminent importance of rural education courses, especially with regard to the search for access to what has been historically accumulated by society, we try to strengthen the “Movement for a rural education”, especially as regards the weak philosophical contribution, in order to contribute to the improvement of these undergraduate courses. Since, based on the present study, in view of the different difficulties during and after graduation, the student remains at the mercy between illness and dropout.
