Fatores que influenciam no conforto térmico no ambiente do trabalho: uma revisão sistemática

Abstract

The research proposed a bibliographical survey about the influence of thermal comfort on the work environment, taking into account the thermal stress. Since thermal comfort is directly related to the physical, mental and psychological conditions of worker wellbeing, such conditions are the combinations of environmental factors (mean radiant temperature, relative humidity, ambient temperature and relative velocity of the air) and personal factors (clothing and activity developed by the person). As sensations are subjective, thermal comfort is achieved when the individual reaches personal wellbeing and is thermally comfortable with the environment, and it is concluded that the individual's thermal equilibrium, as well as health factors , has a positive influence on worker productivity and performance.
