Os profissionais educadores nos centros de socioeducação: as medidas socioeducativas no contexto do ECA e da SINASE

Abstract

This work will address the importance of professional educators who work with educational measures, focusing his work on the Child and Adolescent, besides the SINASE, ensuring quality work, safety, efficiency and a lot of responsibility. Professionals working with educational measures often face barriers imposed and have the obligation to comply with them, imposed options that may not always result in work with positive results. The methodology used is the literature that allow to gain more knowledge and information in the opinion and view of several authors. We can thus conclude that the ECA and the SINASE according to studies enable teenager reintegration to society by fulfilling socieducativas measures along with a quality and efficient structure.
