Qualidade de vida no trabalho: avaliando a qualidade de vida dos profissionais de saúde do Município de Paranacity - PR

Abstract

This study is an evaluation of the quality of life in the work of health professionals from the municipality of Paranacity - PR. The quality of life of the worker has been cause for concern, especially with respect to the physical and mental health, therefore, studies on the quality of life of health professionals are extremely relevant to investigate the factors that affect the well-being of the individual and impair the quality of life at work. The procedure adopted in the implementation of this research is characterized as being descriptive. Thus, the assessment of quality of life in the work of health professionals from the municipality of Paranacity was conducted from a vision descriptive and quantitative. The data collected with the realization of the research pointed out that the Municipal Hospital of Paranacity needs to develop welfare policies that promote a quality of life at work positive. As a proposal for improvement in the work environment, it was suggested the model QLW proposed by Walton in 1973, which is the most suitable to be deployed among health professionals of the municipality of Paranacity, since she works precisely the negative aspects that have been identified through research conducted at the institution.
