| Resumo: | A Rede de Enfrentamento à violência infantojuvenil foi instituída em Itapetininga em 2010, com a intenção de articular os órgãos responsáveis na prevenção e no combate a esse tipo de ocorrência no município, sendo regulamentada pela lei municipal nº 6.167 de 18 de novembro de 2016, que contribuiu com a criação de um fluxo de informações entre as Secretarias Municipais de Promoção Social, Saúde e Educação, ao estabelecer um sistema de notificações sobre casos de violência. Outros parceiros fazem parte da rede e a articulação entre todos ainda apresenta algumas falhas que podem prejudicar o atendimento às vítimas. O objetivo geral do presente estudo é analisar e propor melhorias para a articulação e comunicação dos profissionais que fazem parte da Rede de Garantia dos Direitos da Criança e Adolescente em Itapetininga. Utilizou-se um questionário que foi respondido pela Coordenadora da Rede, representante da Secretaria de Promoção Social, Cristina Sayuri Akiyoshi Dias Batista. Constatou-se que a articulação em rede para o enfrentamento à violência infanto-juvenil em Itapetininga permitiu aprimorar os dados a respeito desse tipo de ocorrência no município, mas que ainda é preciso que a comunicação entre os órgãos participantes da rede seja mais eficaz. |
| Abstract: | The Network to Combat Violence against Children and Adolescents was established in Itapetininga in 2010, with the intention of articulating the responsible bodies in the prevention and combat of this kind of occurrence in the municipality, being regulated by the municipal law nº 6,167 of November 18, 2016, which contributed to the creation of a flow of information among the Municipal Secretariats of Social Promotion, Health and Education, establishing a system of notifications on cases of violence. Other partners are part of the network and the articulation between all still presents some flaws that can harm the service to the victims. With this work, we outline the work of this network in Itapetininga, achieved achievements and aspects that deserve attention so that it becomes even more effective. We used a questionnaire that was answered by the Network Coordinator, representative of the Secretariat of Social Promotion, Cristina Sayuri Akiyoshi Dias Batista. It was found that the networking in order to cope with infantile-juvenile violence in Itapetininga allowed to improve data regarding this type of occurrence in the municipality, but that communication among the participating organs of the network still needs to be more effective. |
