Abstract

This study was subject to administrative disciplinary process. Search crafted by consulting some chains on the subject and developed primarily by the method of literature search, work experience and study of case. Establishes a line of hermeneutic understanding and considering the points discussed, showing the end the importance, seriousness of the issue and greater use of administrative process in modern times, both to the legal representatives of public administration, and for the administration and servers the same. Cover and is not intended to exhaust the subject as a whole, the reader will have at their disposal the latest information about the matter and knowledge of public administration, showing that this is the instrument which uses the state in search of fulfilling its basic function, in other words, to promote the common good of the population. It is through the administrative disciplinary process that the state guarantee levels of morality and efficiency within the administration, without, however, mitigate the contradictory and due process of law.
